基于脑网络拓扑属性的异丙酚诱导麻醉研究Study of Propofol-Induced Anesthesia Based on Topological Properties of Brain Networks

摘要(Abstract):
研究利用脑电分析发现,异丙酚诱导中度镇静状态下的α频段脑网络拓扑属性较清醒状态呈现显著变化,且与任务反应时间相关。结果表明拓扑属性可能是评估麻醉状态的潜在指标。
